807 Franklin/635 Fulton Projects receive unanimous approval from SF Planning Commission
KMA’s project at 807 Franklin—a new 48-unit rental housing complex in Hayes Valley—has received unanimous approval at the Conditional Use Hearing from all members of the San Francisco Planning Commission, as well as praise from the Principal Architect at the San Francisco Planning Department. This project also involves moving an historic grand Victorian home, currently on the site, to a new location in the neighborhood (at 635 Fulton) and rehabilitating it.
“Your project speaks volumes about the exceptional hard work your team undertook to arrive at an optimum solution. The deep and thoughtful quality of design of the new building as well as the relocation and re-use of the existing historic resource went far beyond the normal into the realm of amazing.” — David Winslow, Principal Architect, San Francisco Planning
